S"HB"N supports children in Nepal with a congenital brain injury (Cerebral Palsy). There are various programs to make the lives of these children more pleasant, such as physiotherapy, speech therapy, special education, etc. In addition, home visitors are active in the Kathmandu valley to support families with CP children. There are now 15 Cara Centers throughout the country where children can be cared for during the day by one or two parents, so that the 'free' mothers can work. There are about 75,000 children in Nepal affected by CP.
